PSHE Curriculum
Through a collaborative and sequential approach we encourage our children to be creative and confident enabling them with the opportunity to develop themselves in the world in which we live.
Below is a broad overview of how PSHE is embedded across our school
Carefully considered key themes and skills have been created to show the links and progression throughout the PSHE curriculum
Six carefully considered topics are taught over the year. Each topic is taught at the same time to each year group with clear progression and development as the children journey through school.
Each topic is planned and carefully sequenced to be delivered to the children
The full long and medium term planning document can be accessed through this link
PSHE is also supported so that all children are able to access and keep track of their learning journey. Topic overviews are created for each topic along with enquiry question sheets that provide an insight into the topic and the different concepts that are taught

PSHE is a high priority at our school where we strive to promote the importance of keeping our minds healthy, as well as our bodies.
We have an amazing Inclusion Team in school, with supportive Well-Being Ambassadors too.
However, we know that we can't do the fantastic work we do without the outstanding support from our families too.
