All applications to our school, whether that be for year 3 or mid-year transfers, must be made through Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Children and Young People's Services.

If you need to apply for a year 3 place for September 2026 you need to have applied by the 15th of January 2026. The offer date from the council is confirmed on the 16th of April 2026. Late applications are processed after the offer date and may reduce your chances of the school of choice.

Should a family live out of the Rotherham area the application must be made to the home local authority, any applications from non-Rotherham residents made direct to Rotherham will be disregarded.

The agreement will go back to consultation if and when any changes are made otherwise this is automatically reviewed every 7 years. Next consultation review date: September 2032
