Crucial Crew

It was a pleasure to go with our year 6 cohort to Crucial Crew at the Lifewise Centre, Hellaby.

They took part in a range of activities designed to help our children learn about staying safe & making sensible choices as they move towards secondary school.

They took part in interactive workshops covering:

🚦 Road & transport safety - how to travel safely& responsibly. Don’t forget to apply for your FREE Zoom travel passes!

🔥 Fire safety- learning what to do in an emergency.

🌎 Community awareness - understanding the importance of respecting & helping others.

👮 Personal safety - recognised risks & knowing where to find support

The sessions were hands-on, engaging, & gave our children lots of real-life scenarios to think about. They represented our school brilliantly & came away with valuable knowledge to keep themselves and others safe.
